As you will see, Scholle Corporation is a unique company with many different businesses. What ties us all together is the vision of our founder and my father, William R. Scholle, who began the company in Chicago, Illinois, in 1947. From the invention of the bag-in-box package over 50 years ago to the introduction of aseptic filling technology, Scholle has been at the forefront of innovation in flexible packaging.
Today, Scholle Corporation has evolved into a multinational enterprise with over 2,000 employees supplying the world with such diverse products as bag-in-box packaging, metallized plastics and paper, flexible shipping containers, industry-leading bag-in-box tap and filling technology, marine salvage devices and battery electrolyte. As always, we remain committed to providing the highest levels of quality, service and value for money in all our businesses, as well as continue to find new ways to bring innovative solutions to our customers.
