This name change benefits customers of both Scholle Europe and Flextainer SAS. Now customers will be able to utilize the resources of both companies. Scholle Europe provides superior tap and film techonologies. Flextainer SAS specializes in the development and manufacture of systems and accessories for liquid packaging, particularly in the wine industry. Flextainer SAS is known for the commercialization of a revolutionary form-seal-fill technology for in-line bag making and filling.
